The Clearfield County Collaboration and Prevention Board has
a number of standing committees that were established to address
specific aspects of board operations. Additional committees function as
advisory groups for specific programs, further promoting collaboration
and networking among agencies and programs in the county. Still others
represent special initiatives that are supported by the board. Standing committees established in the by-laws include the

Committee
– This committee is comprised of board officers, the Director of
Family Support, and other members of the board. The function of this
committee is to guide the Collaboration and Prevention Board in
fulfilling its purpose and mission. |

Committee
– This committee functions to recommend the appointment of new members
and to maintain up-to-date membership lists. |

By-laws/Evaluation
Committee
– The role of this committee is to recommend any changes in by-laws
and to coordinate the evaluative process. |

– This committee acts as a conduit of information to the public and
community leaders.

– This committee functions in an advisory capacity to the board on
system reform financing strategies and recommends ways to secure funds. |
